Fujin Raijin decorative plate & stand

This is a decorative plate with a maki-e design of the Wind and Thunder Gods, well known for Sotatsu Tawaraya's drawings.
The Wind God and Thunder God are depicted in gorgeous maki-e by the technique called "Iro-gatame", in which gold powder is hardened with color lacquer.
