We will replace it immediately.
We will bear the shipping cost for returning defective products.
However, some products may have slightly different colors from the photos. In addition, because it is made by hand by craftsmen, there are differences in color depending on the time of production, and differences in wood grain depending on the material. Thank you for your understanding.
・ If you wish to return the item for your convenience, please contact us within 10 days from the date of arrival of the item.
The customer will be responsible for return and reshipment charges.
・ We cannot accept returns in the following cases.
